 We are proud to welcome Eric Damian Kelly, PhD., FAICP, as our featured speaker this year.  Dr. Kelly is a Professor of Urban Planning at Ball State University, Indiana, and is renowned for his outstanding publications on land use law, comprehensive planning and growth management as well as extensive professional experience in the consulting and legal fields.
